Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Policy

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method for orders placed through our store. Please review the following terms and conditions for using COD:

1. COD Availability
   COD is available for select locations as determined by our delivery partners. If COD is not available for your area, you will be notified at checkout.

2. Order Confirmation
   All COD orders must be confirmed via phone or email before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be automatically cancelled.

3. Payment Terms
   Full payment must be made in cash to the delivery executive at the time of delivery. Partial payments or card payments are not accepted under COD.

4. Delivery Attempts
   Our delivery team will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If you are unavailable or refuse to accept the package, the order will be returned and may affect your eligibility for COD in the future.

5. Order Limit
   COD is available for orders up to a certain value limit, as specified on the checkout page. Orders exceeding this limit must be prepaid.

6. Cancellations
   COD orders can be cancelled within 1 hours of placing the order. Repeated cancellations may result in COD being disabled for your account.

7. Returns & Refunds
   For COD orders, any refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our standard return policy. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit only.
